The Winter Palace was the official residence of Russian imperial families from 1732 to 1917, the grandiose palace reflected the might and power of the Russian Empire. Today the palace and surrounding buildings make up The Hermitage Museum which houses more than 3 million works of art. Excursion will be in English with a professional guide.
